It was easy to set up appointment and when I got there I did not wait very long. However I am upset that there was a sample collected, I was awaiting results so I get an email saying cancelled test, I called and was told the specimen was sent in without a label!!!! Wry upsetting due to the fact that this were very important test to me so now I have to go back in a redo this text again which was not very pleasant… I have to say though the provider I saw she was very nice.
