Garbage health clinic with even worse unprofessional and incompetent front desk staff. This office is racist and does not welcome marginalized groups or people of color. The staff lack in their ability to communicate appropriately, professionally, and respectfully. They seriously need more training around HIPAA, cultural competence, cultural humility and how to act like a decent human being. I encourage you as new patients to look elsewhere.

I was trying to become a new patient. They told me they had two male doctors that were accepting new patients which I wanted. They told me to call my insurance and update it to the doctor's name. I called back in regard to have an appointment set up. They told me I had to have the physical card with his name on it instead of my old one with my last retired doctor. Please note that it still had my policy number to bill my insurance. So, I called back to the insurance to have the card expedited to me and they emailed me a printable copy to my email. They told me they needed the physical card even though the printed copy had the new doctors name on it. I finally got it in the mail and called and they said the doctor isn't taking patients til March 21 (7 Weeks out). They had a female doctor assisntant able to do a blood test request the next day (Which the whole reason of switching was to have a male doctor of waiting a week and hours on the phone). So, I took the appointment at this time I was so frustrated how they treated patients. I ended up pulling up the appointment at 8:22 and my appointment was at 8:30 and I was supposed to be 15 minutes early. I would have to fill out a packet for new client and said I could fill it out really quick to get a dang blood test. I told them I am just trying to get a referral for a blood test. I am so upset with how they handle business!
