I scheduled ahead, arrived early and waited 50 minutes to be taken back, then at least 20 minutes more to be seen. Online scheduling & registration was very easy, staff was friendly, facility was clean.

They were very friendly to the kids. Very thorough. Wait time is long but it’s not that long like other urgent care. It’s normal to be long cause we have to wait for rapid result but overall I would recommend this place.

This place is a joke. Brought my kids here 3 times now so they've gotten three chances and it's some bullshit each time. Made an appointment at 9am for 610 when I arrived it was an hour and half to 2hr wait?! Thats absurd. And no one even informed me until I drove all the way there.

After scheduling an appointment, my baby had to wait over an hour to get care. When she finally got back in the exam room, the NP was very nice.

This was a great experience. The staff was really friendly and great with my Daughter. I really was impressed at how easy it was to schedule the appointment online and how short the wait time was. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends with kids.

Waited for an hour inside waiting for the dr. After waiting for an hour the nurse just came in did strep. Dr didn't saw my child first. 10 minutes pass dr came in just to said strep is negative. I'm just going to treat for sinus with antibiotics and left. THE Doctor took less than 5 minutes checking her up..
