My child had an appointment and we even got there a bit early. He was not even called back for more than an hour after our appointment time. Others who got there after my son were seen before him. What’s the point of having an appointment if you are not going to respect the time!!!!!!

Staff and Nurse Practitioner were great , but no matter how often I go there they NEVER EVER get the right pharmacy to send prescriptions to. Even when I provide them with address and phone number to the specific CVS I am always having to travel to a different 9ne where they sent RX to or wait 24 hrs till it is transferred and medication is available. GET PRESCRIPTION ON PAPER!!!

First off when entering even with covid going on we were greeting with a warm welcome, then when brought to back the staff treated my girls with great attitudes making my 4 year old feel more relaxed. Plus even the Dr. We had was so nice and caring.

Great experience, first time going, no appointment and on Christmas eve, never felt rushed. Doctor very knowledgeable and sits down to speak with you. Will recommend and return!

I don’t know her name but we absolutely love the nurse practitioner at the potranco location near 211. She has a wonderful kind bedside manner. We have been there many times and she always listens to our concerns and we never feel rushed. She is exceptional! We waited maybe 20 mins before seeing the provider.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

Was able to get my child seen the same day with no wait time. Staff was kind and courteous. Facility was clean and very kid friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The nurse practitioner was very nice and thorough. Scheduling the appointment and filling out paperwork on line was easy and saved time. For an urgent care the wait was not bad!

We’ve been here 3 times so far. First time was very prompt and helpful, second was a slight long wait, but in their defense, they were terribly busy. Third day was prompt and great care like the first time. All three times have been great encounters with the doctors. They take their time and are very thorough.

Little Spurs on Potranco is amazing! I called the staff kind of late in the evening just to ask for advice because I knew they would be closing soon and they asked me to bring her in because she had a high fever and target got us right in and started on treatment. They went above and beyond and stayed past closing time waiting for my baby’s fever to go down enough to send home. The doctor Maria was so sweet and compassionate and seems to truly enjoy her career choice and that speaks volumes. She didn’t treat us like we were just a number and I appreciate her and the staff so much !
