I was pleasantly surprised at how great our visit was! I had figured a busy place like Little Spurs wouldn’t be very thorough or patient but I was completely wrong. Our doctor was wonderful and took more than enough time to fully assess my daughter and talked through her recommendations, even repeating several times to make sure I was comfortable. If this is the normal care Little Spurs gives, I highly recommend!! (Even more time and information than our pediatrician.) Thank you so much!!

The front office assistant was very rude to me and my partner she didn’t even want to talk with my partner because of the situation with me so she took it out on my partner being very unprofessional when she got off the phone “with her supervisor” claim that I was screaming at her when I was just very upset that my child was skipped and waited three hours to see a doctor and she told me I have to wait another 2hours then I asked can I speak to someone that’s over her she told me there is no one I can speak too and the other assistant that was there I didn’t get her name but she got me and my daughter a room to see the doctor crystal didn’t want to tell me or my partner anything and working at a child’s urgent care she was very rude and racist towards my family and I don’t think a person like that should work around kids

I went there bc my twins had fever and cough etc for almost two weeks. Had I listened when they said it was nothing my kids would be dead as I watch them both with Pneumonia and bronchitis with tubes in the PICU

mom & son came in with no masks; it was about 5-10 minutes before they were called back to reception & given masks. then it was less than 5 minutes later that they both had no masks again. a bit later one of the receptionists came out to the lobby to spray surfaces with Lysol… i’m going to guess she didn’t notice these people sitting there without masks. then about 15 more minutes & the mom goes up to ask about the wait time, they have an entire convo about it and only at the e d did the receptionist say “y’all need to wear the masks” but didn’t actually enforce bcz neither of them put on the mask. the kid was sneezing several times !! i told the mom “that’s what the mask is for” loudly enough for everyone in vicinity to hear and still didn’t prompt anyone to take action. for this reason (blatant disregard for the policy of mask wearing in the clinic which is posted) i won’t recommend or return to Little Spurs :/

PA Guajardo, Jimmy (med asst/nurse/tech), and receptionist were wonderful. I could see they work as a team. They made us feel at ease. I would take my daughter back to the Wonderland location. I appreciate the map showing how many patients were waiting at each location, big help.

I was there to get a vaccination only. Check in was less than one minute, only one paper to sign! Waited for less than 5 minutes to be called back, and the nurse was friendly and fast: she had everything ready and I was walking out in less than a minute. On the way out the receptionist took the time to ask how the visit went and wished me a good day. Exceptionally good service at the Wonderland clinic.

First time meeting the Nurse Practitioner & she was great! As a mom we always question what it could be and this doctor was super sweet & answered every question I had without getting bothered! Very thankful this location always has kind professionals!

Never again will I come back to this office. The office staff and helpers are just rude. You’d think I’d learn my lesson the first time but because my child is sick I panicked and grabbed the first available appointment. Nothing is stated on the web they only allow 1 parent in at a time. We both left work to be in office with child and could not be in room, together. Just would be courteous for it to be announced a head of time so parents can make arrangements. Instead staff are too concerned about being right personally, than showing sympathy towards worried parents. If you can’t be sympathetic towards worried parents then you are in the wrong field of work.

The wait time was extremely long. We spent over 2 hours total within the facility. After waiting for 30 mins in the room, the NP entered for approximately 5 mins. Then to wait for other testing which could have been done prior to NP entering the room due to the receptionist asking if we wanted a COVID test. While waiting in the room with a cranky child the staff was enjoying a giggle session. Note the NP didn’t submit the prescription in timely manner prior to pharmacy closing. 😡
