Excellent care with Jenaye Madigan!! Took great care of my child. Front desk was helpful with my insurance and letting me know the best time to come with the shortest wait!

The provider is always great, but this time I brought my daughter in the medical assistant had no compassion and was very rough when taking step sample and hurt my child. When I asked for notes or diagnosis I was given a print out. My child had an allergic reaction which was very concerning as allergies may cause anaphylactic shock and has had this happen in previous years. I will follow up with our Physician and will never be back to Little Spurs .

This is the worst experience I had in pediatric urgent care. I called 10 mins before coming to clinic and asked if there was a MD on premises. They said YES and we were seen by physician assistant who never told us her credentials and did not have any advice or recommendation. There was no MD on the premises. They falsified. Would never come back to this place or recommend to my friends. Expressed this to front desk and they never came back to explain and said they were discussing with a doctor inside . And again said the PA is the doctor. Please make sure that this doesn’t happen and staff doesn’t lie to patients or their family.

2nd time here and great care as usual! The triage nurse could have been a little friendlier but it was the end of the day and I can't imagine dealing with patients of that age all day.

The wait here can be long sometimes but I’m grateful I was able to get my son seen very quickly today. Tana was the receptionist today and she went above and beyond to help me. I called right at closing following my visit because the pharmacy was closing and had not yet received the prescription. The pharmacy closed its doors on me and didn’t wait even a minute past closing. Tana found a 24 hour pharmacy for me so I could get my son’s prescription. Just that extra effort she gave to help me made a big difference for me.

I have taken my children roughly 4 times already. There is always a receptionist with henna on her hands that is extremely rude. Every time I go she is rude, please remove her from the front office. Besides her, the staff is great!

When all the clinics were all booked up and overwhelmed with patients, the entire staff was very understanding and informative about the wait time but never decided a patient! Very friendly staff! I really appreciate their service!

Nurse need better bedside manners. My daughter was sick and of course she was crying and screaming, I couldn't calm her at the moment. Nurse demeanor towards it made me feel uncomfortable.

Took my son there to get stitches. The first doctor communication problems and couldn't get her words out and the doctor who took them out had shaking hands and I was scared for my son. This is a pediatric office buy the weren't very kid friendly.
