We've been to this clinic 3 times and all 3 times we were able to get in quickly. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and most importantly the Provider was thorough in his assessment and had great bedside manners. My daughter was treated with care and respect. She's not afraid to go here, which says a lot for her. We will continue to bring our kids here for all after hours care.

We’ve been to this location several times and it can be hit or miss. I was reluctant to come in today because the last time was a bust but my daughter needed to be seen right away so I took the chance. I’m glad we went today bc the PA on duty was WONDERFUL! She is compassionate and informative. She listened to my concerns and was so very kind.

First time taking my kiddos there and was very impressed! And the staff was kid friendly. Definitely bringing them back when needed.

Online check in was quick and easy. Was able to stay in car until ready to be seen. NP was friendly and explained procedures prior to doing, along with explanation of sickness.

The doctor prescribed a medication for my daughter, but never sent it to the pharmacy. When I called the clinic back they were closed. This happened on Christmas Eve, so now my daughter can’t get her medication for 3 days and is miserable.

The doctor didn’t rush me, he explained exactly what was wrong w my baby. He let me talk and made sure I left knowledgeable. We definitely need more like him

Waste of time and money when the provider never showed up. Wouldn’t refund my copay because my daughter was triaged. Maybe don’t triage patients until the provider actually shows up for work. So unprofessional. Disputing my copay and luckily my credit card already approved it.

Care of children has been good. They take their time to explain what care is recommended for child. Receptionist took insurance information and charged $100.00. I explained that I was in with my chilf two weeks before and my co-pay was $50.00. I asked why this time more. They could not say. I will be contacting my insurance carrier for clarification.

Front desk staff hung up on me and they are very rude. They don't care that the patient gets the care they came in for. They don't care I just paid for a service.. After speaking to doctor we discussed where prescription should be sent but it was never sent there. I am needing the prescription and the front desk hung up on me. Will never return.
