I was frustrated with the clinics I have been to this week. I try my best to be kind and polite and was not treated with the same manner. When I came to CityDoc it was a breathe of fresh air. The staff is so kind and patient. The doctors are the same. I have been here twice. Each time was a different set of staff, but they both had the same spirit. I would gladly choose CityDoc again.

I had an appointment for 9:10,and was told to show up to sign in at 8:55. I got in at 9. They were organized and on time. Lab results were prompt. I opted for the quick and the pcr Covid-19 test. I got the quick in 15 minutes. The pcr required me to log onto the website to obtain, but it was there in less than 48 hours. I would go back again. Hopefully not for another Covid-19 test.
