Absolutely horrific service. Pharmacist D. (female) and Achinta refuse to contact insurance involving vaccines as they have their own pharmacy contact. I verified while in the presence of staff, BCBS did approve my vaccine and said they would need to call the BCBS help desk in which they refused. The female pharmacist's bedside manner was horrific and clearly she should not be working with the public.
