My wife had been feeling ill all day. We had hoped that her symptoms would pass. Unfortunately , they did not. I telephoned the Drs. office, three times to speak with someone at the Bethesda location. the first time I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, after which time they disconnected the call. I called back to determine the medication my wife had been prescribed for a similar occasion in Dec.Finally I was advised of the medication and was told that they would be open for walk in until 7:00PM. We arrived at 6:30 pm. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told that the Dr.Captain could not see my wife today inspite of the pain and discomfort which my wife was experiencing. We were told that she had a 6:45 appointment and could not wait to see my wife. I was surprised by the lack of empathy and professionalism of the so called Dr. After I asked to speak to her she advised that there was nothing that she could do. She just didn't have time.

The visit exceeded my expectations. We were seen promptly, the Doctor and Nurse were attentive and efficient. We even received a follow up call a couple of days later which was unexpected but welcome. I would definitely recommend PM Pediatrics

This is the best urgent care I’m the world, Patricia the office manager makes me and my daughter feel loved and she really cares, the doctor kishma is the best doctor I’ve ever seen 🙌🏾 They are a great team, the other doctors there dont really know what they doing, so now I call and ask if kishma is there before I come! If kishma is off I just go to ft Washington hospital instead!

They engage in deceptive practices to bring you in for more appointments. It’s a wonder this place is still in business. Support your local community and avoid it.

THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR PAPERWORK IF YOU HAVE TO COME BACK. THEY DO NOT WORK TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM..EVER. WAY TO BUSY AND HAVE LOST TOTALLY THE IMPORTANCE OF TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENT.

This is my 3rd "waste of time' encounter with a GW facility. Didn't know it was GW affiliated until she started asking questions. Called number listed on website to find that the location is not as listed. Also, don't bother to make an appointment, for this to be a walk-in, my appointment is almost 2 weeks away...if I walk in I should be seen today. Ughhh.

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
