MDH Convenience Clinic

Would like to have got in sooner had to wait a day thought it was walk in had to make an appointment when I called they never answered the phone so had to go online sign up. There is a lot of people that can’t do that. Not very convenient. But when I came treated great. Got right in and out.

They got me in quick to take a look and gave me meds to get me healed up. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ty Mdh.

Besides the wait, which I understand understaffed and an employee leaving early sick, which I only known because she was leaving as we were there. Julie assisted my son. She is funny and amazing she ry made my son feel better and she even played w him. She's a keeper. Thanks for having her as part of your team. Definitely made my day better. The Dr/Nurse Prac was great and the front desk girl was wonderful and friendly too.

I was well taken care of once I was able to be looked at. The staff was friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job hiding the fact they were over whelmed when I initially came at 2 o’clock on a Monday. I was told they didn’t have time that afternoon to see me at all which was a little frustrating. So I had to go online to “save my spot” for the next available time for the next day. It just seems to defeat the purpose of a walk in clinic if I have to go online and make my own appointment. There are still many people that don’t have smart phones or are not internet savvy. So I don’t know if it was an understaffed issue or the sick season on why I couldn’t be checked out that same day. I was miserable enough that I would have waited all afternoon to see a doctor to get meds that same night. The save my spot feature are in one hour increments but yet I was in and out in 20 minutes. I don’t understand why I wasn’t even given the option to wait the day before when there was nobody else in the waiting room at that time. I would still recommend this clinic however I would suggest to save your spot online if you can.

Not impressed with appt system but was with staff.

Made an appt online the night before and was able to get eight in and see the PA. She was friendly and got to the problem quickly

I wasn’t happy with my check in time. The message I got on my phone showed that I checked in at 10:08am for a 10 am appointment. I walked up to the window at approx. 9:50am. I waited the appropriate amount of time before I was called. No complaints there. I just bothered me to see that since I completed my online portion.

I’ve came here twice for care and was seen promptly. Doctors were friendly and efficient with helping me both times with the problems I was having

The staff was welcoming and personable. Clean environment. No wait time. The Nurse Practitioner was phenomenal. Compassionate, caring, listened to your concerns, thorough assessment and educated you about your concerns along with a treatment plan. Felt confident in our care when we left.
