Extremely professional and lovely and caring employees. I had my first Covid Vaccine and I appreciate all the care they showed me in getting my first vaccine complete. Thank you very much for offering this service to the public. Very fast and completely professional. Thumbs up to this facility.

I came here with severe back pain was about to be sent away because its CARD OR CHECK ONLY and i only had cash. The staff went out of their way to call someone get it approved and took my cash when they weren't even supposed to. To get me change they even sent someone out and he was back before I was seen. Great, fast polite service. Would definitely go here again in any case of emergency.

I went to the Roseville faculty to receive care after being pulled down whil walking 2 dogs. I had several deep scapes and a sore shoulder. After helping the front desk figure out my insurance I was seen by the doctor. He looked at me, never leaving his stool and said I looked fine. I told him my shoulder hurt he moved it told me it was fine. Sent me in my way with two bandaids and wounds full of dirt and debris. After getting home I went to my personal physician. I had a complete thickness rotator cuff tear and a bicep tear. Both requiring surgery. I would not recommend the Roseville mdstat

Took my 7 year old daughter here because she was coughing and have a little bit of an asthma attack. I could tell as soon as we walked in that they didn't want us there. I'm a disabled mother and I encounter this kind of attitude sometimes. Was rudely told that they do not do pediatrics there, even though their website states that they do. I asked if they could direct me somewhere else to go, was only given 1 number and that place wasn't open for the entire week. I go back into the office and inform them the office to that urgent care is closed, and I asked if they had any other numbers I could call, because in my experience Urgent Cares always have a long list of other facilities. Was told rudely to call around or take my daughter to the ER. Not told what the nearest ER was either. The entire attitude of the staff was lazy and incompetent, they simply didn't want to have to do anything to help a little girl find help. Or they were discriminating against me as her mother because I have a disability??? Either way, completely unacceptable.

As a caregiver, I scheduled a first vaccine for my TBI patient weeks ago. I called twice to confirm and said she would receive Moderna vaccine. We showed up today and told that she would not receive a vaccine because they only have enough for 2nd doses. I told the clerk that I took time off today to take the patient and I confirmed 2xs and no one notified me. I said that I wanted to speak to the manager. She said a PA was in and pointed for me to go at front of building. My patient and I walked through grass to find the front. She never bothered to point to an easier way which would have helped since patient can’t walk long distances. I talked to the receptionist and told her what happened and they told me to talk to the person in charge. She said the person in charge is not in now. I said that I wanted to talk to the doctor. The doctor opened the door and he was very stand offish. I told him that we are here for a first dose and I confirmed twice and I was never notified of no vaccine today. He said it was not his job to call 1,000 people. I told him that I am with a TBI patient and could we have the vaccine if someone for dose two doesn’t show up. He said no and that he turned away patients worse than her and looked at TBI patient directly and she heard. Our priority is 2nd dose patients they need it within 28 days. I said that date can be extended to more than 90 days per Fauci and how could they resolve our problem. He said we don’t have enough doses. I said I would like to reschedule. The receptionist said I could not reschedule she could take my patients name and number. I said when would you call. She said maybe a week, maybe two or maybe more. Doctor did not apologize and said that the TBI patient wasn’t as worse as others not getting and NOT his job to notify others. I would never recommend this place. They should lose their license!

Reviewed in Apr 2021 I was scheduled to receive my first dose of the COVID vaccine today. MDSTAT made an appointment with me on March 31. I went there today for the vaccine, and they refused to give it to me. Apparently the clinic only has enough inventory to give second doses. No one bothered to let me know. I have wasted eight days waiting for my appointment when I could have been making an appointment at other locations, and now all other locations providing the vaccine are fully booked. MDSTAT absolutely failed to follow through with me and failed to notify me of its changing circumstances. Other customers should know that the administration of this clinic is clueless. The "supervisor" "doesn't know" why I wasn't notified. She then blamed the federal government for not giving the clinic enough doses. Such a classic failure of competent management during a pandemic affects people's lives. There will be no repercussions for MDSTAT, but I will now have to continue to search for and wait for a vaccine. If you have an appointment for your first vaccine with MDSTAT, be aware that they may leave you dangling the minute you arrive. Don't bother calling; the clinic staff aren't answering the phone and the voicemail is too full to leave a message.

I was told I was eligible for the Covid19 vaccine over the phone and the woman I talked to even double checked with a doctor. They made an appointment for me and told me what documents to bring. When I showed up for my appointment, they refused me service and said I don’t qualify. I am an educator and yes, I do qualify for the vaccine. Waste of my time and the staff I spoke with were incredibly rude and ignorant.

Made a first shot covid appmt several days prior, arrived early and then waited 1 1/2 hours in an outside line with 20 others while no one from the facility came out to tell us what was going on. I did see one employee come out to meet her boyfriend and they appeared to be arguing. Another employee came outside to talk to an old man in a car. She didn't address any of the people in the crowd, many who were elderly and waiting for hours. I approached and asked her what was going on and she said they could process 3 people every hour, which meant I would have had to stay there for another 4 hours outside in the cold! I decided to leave along with several others. What an unorganized, poorly run outfit.
