I can not even give this urgent care 1 star. If you do not want to be treated like you are even a human being, then this is the place for you! However, if you are not feeling well,(which is usually the case when you go to the Dr.) and you want to be treated with respect and compassion, this clinic is definitely not the place you would want to go. There was one positive out of the experience and it was the receptionist that answered the phone and was kind. Then being transferred to the lady who does vitals, "oh, my goodness, watch out because she treats you like you are dirt beneath her. Quick and snippy with her remarks, smart mouth and just irritable somewhat begin to describe her. I won't go into all the details, however, when the PA came into the examination room, I was so upset and keep in mind, in pain and not feeling well at all. Let me clarify something real quickly, I was in pain, however, I WAS NOT TRYING TO GET PAIN MEDS! I simply wanted to be checked out and get an antibiotic bc I believed I had an infection with 2 teeth. Upon the entrance of the PA, I was upset and crying bc 1, I did not feel good or I wouldn't have been there and 2, bc one of the health care workers treated me horribly. I begin to let the PA know about the situation, and she was already aware, I guess due to me crying and I 'm certain I am not the first person who has experienced this kind of treatment from this staff member. I proceed to try and let the PA know about the experience that I had thus far. She was also a bit rude, interrupting me and defending the health care worker. Making excuses for this type of behavior, trying to justify it by telling me, "Well you did come in around closing time, and we have been here for 12 hours and she has an infant at home and she's trying to breast feed". I reply, "I work 10 hour days and this is the time in which I could get here. I had been to 2 other urgent cares who did not want to treat me due to it being dental. So, that's the only time I could get there. Then there was the fact that there was an infant and she was breastfeeding, well I know lots of people who have children and work long shifts and treat people with dignity and respect; me, being one of these people. The breastfeeding part, well I'm still trying to make that fit in somewhere. Oh, and most importantly, they wanted out of there so badly that the PA had already written up my scripts without talking to me, asking anything about what was going on, and without even looking in my mouth! Her defense was, "well I've had lots of dental work done in the past". Really? Is this not how misdiagnoses happen. I just wanted to share my experience because I do not want anyone to feel the way I had to feel yesterday going to the Dr. to seek medical attention and in turn, feeling worse leaving there because now you are crying which makes your teeth hurt worse. This would be why this facility has 1 out of 5 stars, however, as I stated previously, I can't even justifiably give them 1 star. (well, I had to in order to get my review out there).
