MedExpress Urgent Care, Timberlake

I was required to have a COVID19 test done and while the wait was very long, like 3 hours or something, everyone I spoke to and dealt with were so nice and polite and patient. You could tell they were exhausted. I had 31 people ahead of me when I registered. But again no one was rude or cross or anything. I would definitely recommend and/or go back as needed. I got my results in 2 days. The nurse didn’t hurt me when she did the test and this is my 3rd COVID19 test and both of the others hurt so bad. You all are very appreciated and thank you for being kind. Side note, please be kind to these doctors and nurses. They are dealing with all the regular fall illnesses and COVID testing and a thank you would really mean a lot to them.

Wait time varies on A walk in visit. Depending on what doc you get depends on the level of care and bedside manners. Some take more interest in you and what you need, then others, so its hit or miss. Which sucks because you pay a lot out for this service.

This place is a joke & ridiculous I brought my 4 month old daughter in Friday to be seen due to her having symptoms of coughing, choking on milk/water, sneezing, trouble breathing, and mucus/congestion stopping her up anyways Dr Igata was no help and acted like nothing was wrong with my daughter I mentioned that it may just be a cold but a lot is going around so I just wanted to be on the safe side they didn’t even offer to test her for Covid, rsv, or the flu they just agreed with me that it was a cold and said if anything gets worst to go to the er and then sent us out the door when we was walking out the door the receptionist asked if I’d like the papers I said sure she handed me the papers and the papers stated that my daughter had a “upper respiratory infection/cold” funny because the doctor said she was “perfectly fine” today she had a checkup at her normal doctor office and they changed it to a sick visit because they had knew she was sick they tested her for Covid, rsv & the flu and it came back positive for rsv and her doctor told us rsv is rsv it doesn’t start off as a cold yes it is cold type symptoms but she had rsv the day we came into med express they were just too lazy to do their job and test her and that’s just the truth they also mentioned they couldn’t give her any medicine due to her only being 4 months old crazyyyy how her regular doctor found out she had rsv from testing her today, he gave her a breathing treatment and medicine to take home so do better med express cause i now know i wouldn’t even take my half dead dog here and ill NEVER come here again

This place absolutely sucks. I wouldn’t send my dog here if I had one.
