Great experience, in a minor emergency! Son cut his leg and needed stitches. I was very apprehensive seeking care with the Covid situation happening. They required a mask but no Covid test! Whew! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wait time was reasonable. Came in wet bathing suits, right off the river, and the nurse gave us blankets. How sweet! I follow more natural practices for medical treatment and the doctor was very accommodating to my wishes there as well. We choose to be self pay and the cost was very reasonable. We got great medical care and it was a great experience for an unfortunate event. Thank you!!

I have never had a friendlier, more comfortable experience at an urgent care type doctor’s office. I was treated quickly and respectfully. The words that come to mind are respectful, compassionate, and friendly.

Once I got through the 45 minute wait to register, and triage everything was fantastic. I'll be back when my medical needs are not met by the Yale VA clinic.

Terrible experience .... needed a covid test .... was told that it was $139.00 .... o.k. expensive... but I needed to get the test so I said o.k..... you had to "check in" in the parking lot by calling ... so I did .... was told there is a 2 1/2 hour wait and you MUST wait in your car in the parking lot !!! WTH ??? I had an office about 3 blocks away .... I said I will check in and come back in a couple hours (figured I could get some work done while I waited) .... Wass told I can not leave the parking lot ?? and they had taken the make model and color of my vehicle !! ... I went through all the check in questions and they asked how i would be paying ... I said cash ..... they then tell me I needed exact change !! All I had was two, one hundred dollar bills .... they told me to go get a 100 bill broken and call them back with I had exact change as they "NEED" to come out and take the money before they can confirm/secure the appointment (2.5 hours away) .... if you give them the $$ and leave the lot ... appointment is canceled and they keep your $$$ ...... NO THANKS!! ...... I looked up Rite Aid .... Free Covid Test ... made an appointment there that was 20 min away (same test as Med Express ) went through the drive through at rite aid ... in and out in 20 min. !!! and its FREE FREE FREE FREE !!! not 2.5 hour wait, none watching to see if you leave the parking lot .... no one screwing you out of $139.00 !!! Never used MED EXPRESS in the past ..... will not use them in the future ... What a JOKE ..... Staff was nice enough I guess ... presumably just doing what they are told
