Today I arrived one minute after closing time, their open sign was still lit. Earlier today I found myself really sick – it caught me off guard – and I probably need to be on antibiotics quickly. I called the Quakertown MedExpress a minute before closing and let them know that I would arrive one minute after closing time. I arrived there and they sat and looked blankly at me from behind locked doors while other patients sat in the waiting room. This is not the hospitality or morality that I would expect from doctors in a small town. Quakertown MedExpress deserves a customer service and human decency rating of zero stars . “Worst in Quakertown” award 2019
