Friendly staff, highly sterile environment, emphasis on cleanliness during these trying times. Efficient team communicated so I didn’t have to wait in the office, called me when they were ready for me, and moved me through to get the care I needed.

I have utilized their care on many occasions. Their diagnosis’ have always been exact and correct with proper administration or prescribed medications. I’m retired from the medical field managing Oncology and am very aware and educated regarding proper medical procedures in diagnosing emergent health issues. This clinic has always followed up my visit within 2 days after my visit. Highly recommended!

I saw Nurse Practitioner, Amanda O'Malley. She was very empathetic, the best bedside manners and took really good care of me.

Thought I was booking an appointment for in person at the Winchester location. It was not and turned into some virtual appointment with a whole other place even though I went through the med express webpage. The app for the appointment didn’t work. What a waste of time. Healthcare sucks anymore.

I had to use MedExpress this week due to an ongoing cough that I thought I might need an antibiotic to clear up. The Dr. Said it was his first day at the clinic and had a whole lot of extra opinions to share regarding antibiotics related to government policies and cows, pigs and chickens and when I asked for a prescription cough medicine since I'd lost 6 nights of sleep coughing non stop and nothing I was using over the counter was working, he said that all prescription cough medicine is considered a narcotic and no longer able to be prescribed. I was sick and did not want to hear all the extra stories. He talked about negative strep but I never even had a strep test. He listened to my lungs for 2 seconds and said it could be bronchitis, cough be lower respiratory infection, cough be walking pneumonia, what do you want me to do? I said well you are the dr. So can you please tell me what I need to feel better? It was a terrible experience and this dr. Is clearly bitter and has an agenda. He should consider chatting with like minded buddies after hours, rather than waste time with sick patients that just want good bedside manner and meds to feel better! I went to Valley Health next day and was given a steroid that they said I desperately need and cough pearls that were confirmed necessary for acute bronchitis that I was diagnosed with and NOT considered narcotic and unprescribable. I lost 2 additional nights of sleep and am behind in feeling better because this dr. at Medexpress Was out of touch with reality. Really unfortunate.

For two and a half hours there were only four patients. Would have been better if going to ER. The staff would rather sit on their rear ends chatting and eating than provide medical care. Let’s just say they should definitely drop the express part.

Could not give the rating I wanted of “0”. The advertised hours are until 8pm I was refused service tonight at 6:05 and was told they reopen at 8am. The reason, they had an unexpected emergency and were short staffed. I work for a medical facility and would never turn away a patient even if they walked in at closing time. I am shocked that they would turn away a patient, especially 2 hours before their advertised closing time and when there was only one person in the lobby! I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

-1 Star. Please find another Sport Physical exam location. I wish I would have read the review before even going to this MedExpress location. STAY AWAY!!! Not only do they talk down to you, but they lie. Never been so embarrassed in my life. The way this individual spoke to me in lobby was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing to me and my son for providing the wrong information regarding the sport physical, she decide to gaslight the situation. What kind of business are you running MedExpress? Do you treat everyone like this? You just made a 13 year old boy cry today. I hope you are happy. My son was so upset in how she spoke to us. I was trying my best to explain to her what she me told me earlier in the morning. Don't provide wrong information to customer then decide to change it.

Waited almost two hours for a urine test. Staff failed to inform us that there was such a long wait despite numerous opportunities. What ever happened to professionalism and courtesy? I will NEVER come here for anything or recommend this facility!
