After searching for days to find a place to get COVID tested we were excited to find that MedExpress could help us. Everywhere else locally was closed or short staffed. We were told to wait in our car and call in to be scheduled for a walk in. We called in and they told us they’d call back to get more info and schedule. At NO POINT did anyone tell us that insurance or payment was required. After sitting in the car for 2.5 hours with my sick wife and son we were called back to register only to be asked for our insurance or payment. It is unbelievable that they made us wait so long without disclosing that information! Very poor administrative staffing.
