Called for xray tech was in hand checking nurse was huge help and nurse was awesome. The dr I felt was rushing because I kept hearing her ask how can we get people out by 9 pm. She seemed very rushy said there was nothing could do I need better care with an ortho but xray was included in visit. As for office. Main lobby ok my room had light bulb out and bugs in light

Absolutely great, from the lady at reception desk to the tech who took my dad for xray to the staff doctor. The wait time was expected (be patient people, you want doctors to give all patients ample time). The doctor on duty was kind, knowledgeable and explained throughly to me elderly father the diagnosis and treatment. We both left feeling very comfortable with why he felt sick and with treatment information; and the prescription worked wonderfully! He's so much better today! Highly recommend. Thanks. 😊

Woke up with post nasal drip. As the day went on and traveling to Pa and back to NJ I felt worse due to ear popping and congestion. The staff was friendly and the NP was able to prescribe me the necessary medication. I was feeling better by 10pm that evening.

Walked in, first person there. I waited over 30 mins to be called in the back. I was in the room for long before I was seen. I had terrible back pain and a horrible headache and I sat in the room for over approx.. two hours as the physician took his time waiting on me. I finally had an ex-ray. After 30 mins or soo I opened the door inquiring about my results and the physician stated hes still waiting. I was in too much pain to continue to sit in the hard uncomfortable chair for additional hours. I needed to lay down with the excruciating headache. Around 1pm I was told I can go home and they will call me with the results. Horrible experience.

Optus is ready to help the people no matter their situation. The window staff are excellent and the doctors are wonderful, informative and pleasant. I love the atmosphere of the facility and pray it stays that way. They do a good job in keeping the facility clean as well.
