Worst medical experience of my life. Was driven here to receive a COVID test. Online said walk in from 8-8. Was there for 6 hours to get my 30 second test. I recommend going to anywhere else in the world!

Would never go again

Was asked to call a number from car to register and once I did it , I was asked to come in. The lady at the reception said i need to waot for 2 hours. I mentioned to her that I have a new baby at home and will come back in 2 hours. The reception lady didn't really care about my situation. She simply said i can't leave the building premesis for 2 hours which i found to be ridoculous and idiotic.

In-take staff is NOT friendly at all. They were apparently Indifferent face and voice. Waiting time was so long. They called me back for after-care but the attitude is rarely authentic without compassion. This is just for business for themselves.
