First time visit this urgent care, signed in seating for 30 minutes no one give me any form to sign or ask for insurance information. I’m feeling sick then I’m asking the front desk for form, she told me sorry can’t take your insurance.. why don’t they check me in and let’s me know earlier.. that’s ridiculous and no one care or services.
