The nurse was awesome. I forgot her name but I won't forget her care/vlondush brown long hair, light skin, energetic, happy, caring and and polite and didn't hurt with the Covid swab nor with her the shots she gave. The girl who checked me in was nice and efficient and the girl who checked me out and gave me my work excuse was very nice and chatty though it was about time for them to close and was also efficient. And last but not least was Jason the Dr/nurse practioner was spot on with his diagnosis and meds and was great, polite and professional. Thanks everyone!!!

Arrived @ 8am on 6/30 and was the 1st to enter the building. At the time, I was experiencing acute kidney pain and numbness in my arms and legs. I was told the doctor hadn't arrived yet, and that I would have to wait to be seen until I could produce an ID and insurance card (I'd left my wallet @ home and was waiting on it to be delivered). As I waited, I vomited multiple times in their waiting room bathroom, and started experiencing difficulty breathing, symptoms which I shared w/ the nurses. At no point during my time there did I receive ANY concern from anyone on staff. In fact, the only contact I experienced that wasn't transactional in nature was a suggestion to lay down and wait my turn. Finally, once my vision started to blur, I asked if they could call an ambulance. 35 mins later, when nothing had arrived, I asked what was taking so long, and was told that 'non-emergency' EMT calls could take hours. I couldn't believe it! What about shortness of breath, acute pain, vomiting, and blurred vision made them assume this wasn't an emergency? It was like they just didn't care AT ALL! After being essentially ignored for an hour, I drove myself to the ER, damaging my car in their parking lot b/c I was too delirious from pain to notice a barrier behind me. Once I arrived at the ER, checked in, and received a room, I learned from a 30-min diagnosis and x-ray that I was passing 2 kidney stones, and was administered the care I needed. Absolutely stunned by the indifference and neglect I received from the staff. Couldn't have imagined a worse experience than the one I received. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I was seen this morning... I commonly have issues with sinus infections and normally when it gets bad I’ll go in to get an antibiotic to clear it up.. my ears are hurting, drainage, green mucus and all he said was to do a saline flush.... for the past week and a half I’ve taken two allergy pills, nasal spray and I told him this and it seemed like he just wanted to get out and get to other patients... my blood pressure was even up... his bed side manner sucked and it was apparent that he had no care for anyone that he is seen.. I spoke with an employee there to further express my concern and she said that he goes in statistics... you can’t apply statistics to every patient Bc every patients experience is different... so I’ll have to wait 24 hours to be properly seen by another doctor.

Do not go here for free Covid testing. I was charged $125 for a rapid covid test (tested negative) I did last year. I regret going here because covid testing is free at other places. I got a FREE PCR test done at Augusta University last month & I had tested positive for covid. & This was a PCR test compared to the rapid testing done at MedNow. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did.

Rip-off! They don’t tell you, you will receive a bill for $40 after you give them your insurance card! Other places I’ve gone have been FREE for COVID test!! I will spread the word to all my family, friends, co-workers!
