    I had the worst experience ever, the girl that checked me in wasn't friendly at all didn't want to help or anything. I want for a drug test, she claims she didn't have a email stating that she could proceed with the check in, so she asked me to forward the copy of my email to her, I tried doing it, it wasn't going through it took me over 30 minutes trying to send her that email I still couldn't get it sent, I just give up ,went out and call my employer he told me she (MNU) should have that same email, I told her what they told me but she still said she didn't have it, so he tried to send it back still didn't receive her copy she said.but anyways I send her a copy of mine again, she receive that one, but didn't even acknowledge that she received or anything I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for her to say I got the email. I finally asked her if she received it she said oo yes I did, then she sings me in it took about 30 minutes before I got call in, it was my worst experience ever, it took me two hours to get a drug test done, she was ridiculous. All the extra 30 minutes I was sitting there nobody acknowledge me to say I got you check in somebody will be right with you nothing like that, it wasn't good to say the least. Will never return

    We had been to a specialist, the hospital for a test, refused by a primary care bc high pain began with fever, all to come here to discover a raging kidney infection! Thank you for the option to wait in the car and text our turn! Can't thank you enough! Next time we'll start here!
