6 minutes agoNEW I scheduled an appointment for my bf to get his toe checked at this location and the physician Ron Lewis did absolutely nothing for him this was a complete and total waste of time he said he could not do anything for his ingrown toenail “because their tools are not good enough” he sent him on his merry way didn’t even recommend anything , no medication or any treatment seems to me that he was just being lazy and did not want to have to deal with doing a procedure that late in his shift , mind you the apt was at 7 pm and they close at 8 . The purpose of an urgent care is to provide “urgent care” an inflamed painful toe seems like urgent care matter to me coming from experience in working for an urgent care in the past this is the type of things you deal with . He even suggested to see a podiatrist ? Really to get an apt who knows when . Such lack of care thanks for nothing

I'm a Kaiser patient and was extremely happy. I saw many patients come in that do not know the kaiser system. The female doctor I saw took her time and explained how Kaiser works with emergency and urgent care. She was patient, kind and experienced. Receptionist was lovely, saw her deal with Kaiser patients that are not familiar with Kaiser protocal. It is frustrating. I wish Kaiser would explain to their clients when to use urgent and care and go to an ER.

The doors were locked, no one was at the counter, or in the waiting room. No one was answering the phones.A sign was posted someone would open the door in 15 minutes. When she came to open it, I was putting the other side of my mask on and she went ballistic.Get back...get back behind the sign. as if I had ebola. She was incredibly rude. Needless to say I left
