My spouse and son were treated very rudely at MedPost on 12/23/2019 by the receptionist on duty. They refused to treat him for a minor rash so they had to go to the nearby Care Now Clinic in Garland for treatment. When I called MedPost she said he needed an appointment but they were already there with 2 people waiting. She went and talked to the doctor on duty and returned to tell them they couldn't see him and he needs to go to a hospital emergency room. It was not that serious and Care Now treated him immediately with no out of pocket costs and prescription required.
