Horrific, the front desk clerk was insolent and non-discreet. She asked me PHI loudly so the other patients could hear. Then she said I had to change my mask, a $75 vented N99 was not adequate, yet a gentleman sitting with a MAGA hat and neck gaiter was okay, another gentleman had on a bandana. She said my mask didn't protect the other patients and I had to don a blue mask. I replied, "excuse me but their mask are okay?" Her reply, " fine I'll have them change into one these in a moment". I told them I was self-pay and they declined to service me until, I produced an insurance card. After seeing I had insurance, they still declined. I had completed the paperwork, they claimed they didn't see my orders in the system. I made tue decision to depart because it is evident this location only wants to serve certain populations, I obviously don't meet the profile. I'm a HC

I had the Most incompetent Dr. Not to mention the 2.5 hours I sat waiting on a Tuesday morning to be seen. She Told me I had a virus. She gave No antibiotics, Didn't listen to me at all, and sent me on my way. I ended up going to my primary Dr., because I was unhappy with the Express care's Dr. Turned out I had a Horrible Sinusitis infection!! (Which I told the Dr. At Express care) was given antibiotics and prescribed steroids as well! I knew I had a sinus infection to some degree, but that Dr. At Express care was just Not attentive to my needs, nor did she care about actually Doing Her job well enough to look @ the issues I told her about having!? She could care less! To top it off, This is the 2nd time I've had the Same Dr. Do the same thing to me!? Blow off my illness as nothing, and send me away!! I Refuse to go to the Charlotte hall E.C Ever again! And would Definitely Not bring my 9yr old to get looked at there either!! Its a Shame that Dr. Just doesn't care about people who are counting on Her!? She should be embarrassed to call herself a Doctor!!!
