Had to go to Sisters of Mercy Urgent for a drugtest/ urine. We arrived at 10:45. Upon arrival I slid the form through the window and the receptionist says: fill this out and bring it back with your ID. Not: Good morning, how may I help you- nothing! There was another lady already there waiting to see a doctor. A 3rd lady arrives - the receptionist looks at her. The young lady said I'm here to see a doctor as I've had a cold for 4 months that won't go away. The receptionist hands her a clip board says fill this out and bring it back with your ID. Upon brining hers back the receptionist says: Do you have your insurance card? The young lady replies- I don't have insurance. The receptionist hands her another clip board with paperwork and says: pick whatever one your paying today.. This young woman went to her car for maybe 5 minutes- came back in and conveyed that she wouldn't be needing their services today as she thought she was the most uncompassionate human there was. People come here that are sick and your less than human bedside manner is a reflection on you. The young lady left in tears. I was able to get my drugtest at 12:15. No one ever apologized- or said anything about why I had to wait so long... It's very disheartening to know that we as human being are allowed to be treated that way... I will never go there again.

I feel very confident in the professional skill level of PA Lindsey as well as feeling comfortable by her compassion. Also, Cameron EMT was a great help. All staff are hard working and caring. They are under great pressure from the virus surge. They are heroes.

Waited about 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. The care provider was rude over my video call. Only one with a positive attitude was the girl at the front desk.

I don’t understand the point of making an appointment online if im not going to be seen in a reasonable time. I made my appointment online and it was at 9:30am and I was not seen until 12:30pm.

Waited for my appointment for an hour and a half, and the lady at the check in desk was not very friendly. My nurses were excellent however.

The receptionist was extremely rude and would gossip about the patient's that were leaving. I had a 2 hour wait and when I asked for my insurance card and I.D back the receptionist rolled thier eyes and slammed the cards on the counter. The doctor and nurse were very nice but the receptionist was just horrible. I never want to go back it made me extremely uncomfortable and was very off putting

I've had to use this urgent care over the past few years and always have a great experience. I don't think I have ever had a long wait and they have gone out of there way to turn lights down when I have had a migraine there.

I my 74 years on earth, I have never met a sweeter more calming nurse than Tanya. Her voice is calming. They did a first rate job on a deep finger cut that would not stop bleeding. A PA named Laura did a perfect cleaning and bandaging job. I’m here on vacation, and so thankful that I did not have to go to a hospital ER. Two ladies at the front desk were friendly, and good communicators. An excellent place to be treated.
