I described all my symptoms and the assistant physician jus barely check my like if I have COVID or anything I went for my allergies symptoms I think if the person don’t have a vocation to do that or feel empathy for others it’s definitely not your profesión

Will recommend this facility to others as the facility is clean, the staff was friendly and focused. Am glad that this clinic is close is proximity to our home.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Air conditioning was VERY cold. Wife and I requested blankets. Running a fever and cold air caused arthritic flare up. Informed staff but an hour later no change in cold temp. Physician and nurse excellent. If need to return will dress in layers with a jacket. I did not have an appointment.

It sucked very bad.. Sit for 3 hours waiting took people who wasn't sick before the one who was sick.

I booked an appointment for pre-op Covid testing, but was not made aware that the test, taken on Jan 1, would not even be sent out until 2pm on Jan 3, which is insufficient time for pre-op testing for aJan 4 procedure. The nurse helpfully tried to find out other options/locations, but without success. At least he tried! The doc was apologetic when the result came back positive, and he gave me very full instructions for how to respond for me and my family on the coming days of quarantine. The solv app is difficult; it's hard to reach the visit summary page, and it was confusing to fill out the registration papers. The front desk people were very helpful when I called for instructions.

I waited 3 hours for an appointment that I was very short of breath and very sick. I think people who walk in should be the ones who wait hours

I was there for two and a half hours to see you about what had my I had gotten some dust in my eye there was one person in the waiting room and then that it was a lot it was two and a half hours before I seen as an attending physician it's like that every time I go to the Urgent Care

In all fairness I don’t know how many patients were back where I couldn’t see them, but when I went in there were 2 people in front of me. All I wanted was a flu test because my wife had tested positive for type B flu. I finally left after 2 hours. I just can’t believe that they couldn’t have found time to do a nasal swab.

An excellent experience overall. Two experienced frustrations. (1) Appeared for our 1:15 appointment.Had an hour and half wait. (2) We provided requested patient data sheet or it’s equivalent 4 times. First time on line, next when we arrived, then again requested on line while waiting to be seen and again many of the same questions asked by the EMT. I was so glad to be treated these issues are not a deal breaker for me. Only offer them because you requested. Follow up treatment plan and Instructions from the PA were very thorough. The PA was very thorough, focused and personable. Frankly I was pleasantly surprised given the patient load he must have handled by the time he saw me . Thanks very much for my treatment.
