I had a horrible experience, said they took Medicare but wouldn’t accept the card I had, called social security and got the number they require. Then wouldn’t use Medicare after all. Took 1 1/2 hours after my appointed time to get the test results for a rapid antigen Covid test. Still waiting for them to email me the report. So far have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for them to actually answer the phone. Find some place else to get professional service.

My situation was simple and the care met my expectations. There is no privacy at the check-in window and several patients were visibly sensitive to this. Also I wonder why I was asked to complete paperwork by hand and then reenter everything on the website

Josh and Dana were both very professional and courteous, and they quickly diagnosed my issues and advised me on care. I waited for almost an hour past my appointment time, but that is understandable given the circumstances.

Front desk excellent. Prof Nurse excellent. PA Lindsay is excellent and very knowledgeable and able to provide compassionate medical care that also included my thoughts on the treatment plan. I would choose her my primary provider of she was in private practice. Thankful to be seen on Christmas Eve Day!!!

First time here and check in was fast. The waiting was a somewhat long but for a walk-in, it was shorter than going to the ER!

Your electronic procedure for scheduling appointments is flawed to say the least, does not provide any greater efficiency and makes the wait time as long as that of a walk in. My appointment was scheduled online for 11:20 and I was seen at 1240pm. Your staff are not trained to accommodate elderly patients who have difficulty following directions in a new setting at times and urgency with continence and associated infection. Impathy has not been a part of your staff training and it was obvious.

online booking for appointment was difficult for those not savvy with computers, attaching photos of IDs, etc. Also I found the receptionist a bit less than pleasant, though she wasn't rude or anything.

I went in for a covid test and since my cell phone was broken they did accommodate me to come inside and were very thorough and polite made it very easy for me. I did the online checking and it was easy but lengthy I have insurance so cost was zero. Wait time was short. and check in in was easy. online booking was simple but lengthy yes, yes I would recommend them.

I always receive good care, but had a bad experience with the "appointment" I set. I scheduled an 11:20 AM appt and arrived at 11:10. I checked in at the desk and waited in my car. About 20 minutes later I got a text that said I was next in line! I waited 25 minutes and got a text that said my appt had been changed to a video appt. Once I was able to get to where I could do the video I got a notice that the provider had disconnected. Then I go to check my place in line again and it says my appointment has been CANCELLED! I called the desk and was told that an appointment time isn't really an appointment time, it's a spot in line, but they still had me on their list... Finally a nurse called and asked questions and it moved on from there. You need to explain to people when they set appointments that they are NOT set times!!

Thought I just had a sprained ankle, but was quickly diagnosed with a fracture. Staff was efficient, compassionate, and professional. Wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend!
