Went in thinking I just had allergies - easy check in and was seen promptly. The PA and RN were professional, friendly and thorough. After listening to me and getting X-rays, P.A. Deen diagnosed fluid in lungs, sent us to ER after explaining what tests they would do, sent us with the X-rays and his findings, which smoothed the way at Mission - and he was correct, I had pneumonia in both lungs, was admitted and treated. Without his prompt diagnosis and actions I would have been much worse off. Would highly recommend this Mercy Urgent Care!

Gerri Catton was incredibly kind and reassuring. The nurse that took my vitals was somewhat rude and passed judgement when I mentioned some Covid symptoms. PA Catton, however, immediately made me feel comfortable and spoke to me with patience and clarity. I cannot say enough about her treatment and I am so thankful for her help.

If I could give a no star review I would!!! My daughter took our grandson who was running a fever to urgent care on the 24 of December ! I know it’s Christmas but as health care workers you made a decision to help people you should be ashamed of yourself for refusing to see a baby because you are closing in 30 minutes!! I’m just so heartbroken that you acted this way!!!! May Gid keep your family well

We made a reservation for a certain time but when we were checking in we were informed that it would be an hour and a half wait. The receptionist informed me that “they didn’t take appointments, only reservations”. When I asked what the difference was she stated that “she didn’t know”. I spent time on line setting up the “reservation and filling out all paperwork, I would have really appreciated knowing before I drove 20 minutes to the facility that I really didn’t have an appointment and would have to wait 1 hour and a half in the car with a very sick child. Needless to say we left and went to our local medical center.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, and especially not to anyone with a small child needing care. What they lack in medical knowledge is definitely NOT made up for with common sense. Due to the symptoms my daughter had I ask for a specific test to be done so they would hopefully get her the medicine she needed in order to feel better. They said they ran the test and there was no way that was what was wrong with her. Then they started making absurd comments about what they thought the problem was(this was the second time ridiculous comments have been made to us at this clinic). Took her to her normal doctor the next day asked for the same test and it was positive and they called in meds immediately. It’s sad that this resource is only about 10 minutes from my house and now we will need to drive about an hour for care when needed outside of our regular doctor’s office hours.

I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours to be seen! People who did not have an appointment and were just walk ins were seen before me! The Dr. was nice, I hope my symptoms resolve soon. I have to wait and see.

The wait time was okay! But, I feel that the FNPs guess at what's wrong with a patient. Don't really look into the real problem of the patient and doesn't really listen to what u tell them verbally.
