I was in Maggie Valley on vacation and experienced a bad tooth ache. When I explained situation at check in they got me checked in and processed quickly. My Dr (Jen) was compassionate and professional. She prescribed antibiotics to cover me until I got back home to see my dentist. I could not be any more pleased with entire experience at Mercy Urgent Care.

Got a text 30 min. Before arrival stating they didnt treat my problem. Wasn't aware I could cancel. Went anyway. Took samples to be microscopes. They didn't have one! Wow. Basically achieved nothing no medication only why I could do to help myself. Where they exam you.. the foot rest was filthy. Should have saved my insurance and waited on my real doctor appt. Basically a we don't provide care and if they were hurting like I was maybe it would have been considered. ."Urgent". Not a true urgent care facility. No equipment said go to the emergency room!

I made an appointment online, but still waited over 30 min in an exam room before being seen. It felt like patients were seen as they arrived, and not according to appointment. Care was good, though.

They took a walk in before me after I already waited half an hour in the car with an appointment.
