The front desk receptionist was very rude to multiple patients. In addition to her poor attitude, she made it a point to voice her annoyance about how busy the office was. I understand being annoyed at a busy day; however, patients come to urgent care to avoid rude medical personnel. Very dissatisfied in the overall atmosphere in the waiting room.

Staff did not call in my prescription to the correct pharmacy. When I called the front desk person said We'll try to get it corrected. Then there was a 3hour delay in the callin. Booked online but advance form completion did not work.

The staff were professional and friendly. The nurse and PA thoroughly assessed my health complaints. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I liked making the appointment online.

Waited for over 2.5 hours to be seen. COVID swabs were being done over the acutely ill. I wish I had other options, I would never darken the threshold of that building.

Check in process could be less conspicuous? The check in customer service rep should not ask why you need to be seen for privacy purposes. Everyone in the waiting room knows your business. I felt bad for the father there with his daughter having to tell the check in person that his daughter has a UTI. Other than that everything was good to go.

I took the time to make an appointment at 10 AM. When I arrived I was second in line. Then six people showed up behind me. None of them had appointments. I showed up 15 minutes early per the request on the website. Again, no one else had appointments. An hour and 45 minutes later I was still in the lobby waiting and everyone who did not have an appointment went before I did. The x-ray tech was excellent and very friendly. Rest of the staff were as friendly as mud. Every document I filled out I put that I was highly allergic to NSAIDS. The first thing the PA prescribed after 2 1/2 hours was ibuprofen. Very disappointing.

Total wait time was about 2 hours. The only thing they did there was to send me to the hospital, which was the right call.I just thought the wait time was excessive.

This was my first visit, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and communicative, the provider was great with an excellent bedside manner. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to others.

About four hours to get an Rx for a single prophylactic antibiotic pill for a tick bite. Dose is time sensitive. Entire consultation took less than two minutes once seen. Poor triage process control.

Waited over 3 hours for COVID TEST. Filled out information and returned it. About an hour later The same questions were text to me. I got 3 phone calls from their number and all were hang ups. When I tried to call back I got the long recording. I held over 35 minutes the first time and never got through. Other patients were complaining that no one was answering the phone.

Everything relating with my care was fine. It was the conversation that the staff was having loudly outside the room I was in. There was a very opinionated conversation going on about the teaching of CRT in their kids school. They made no bones about being against it and how ridiculous it was. They also spoke of how CRT created racism! There were many other derogatory things said about it but I won’t list them here. Regardless of your opinion of it, the workplace is not the place to loudly discuss it. I couldn’t wait to be able to leave the office so I wouldn’t have to hear them speak so negatively about this topic. I was very grateful there were no people of color in the office at that time.

Having to go to the Dr. is bad enough, however the experience was seamless. I left with the needed medications for my condition and the staff was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Also I loved being able to check-in online and complete paperwork before the visit.
