We called and did exactly what the office recommended or our trip to Aruba. We were guaranteed we would have our results the day before our flight or early the morning of, we did not receive the results until 2 days after we arrived in Aruba, this caused us to pay $75 ea to get tested at the airport and a missed a day of our vacation having to be in quarantine. I messaged them many times, we did not even receive a "sorry".
