Went in for a strep test. The woman who swabbed me seemed extremely untrained. Barely felt the cotton swabs in my throat, and am still doubtful that a good sample was collected. To my surprise this same untrained employee was the one who would be giving me the steroid shot. She was very nervous and confused and was not able to determine where the correct spot on my body was for the injection. I felt too unfomfortable to let her continue so I left without getting the shot.

Quick in and out. Didnt spend much time with my 4 year old daughter. Not really a kid friendly staff. Straight faced, no eye contact and not personable at all, except for the dr on staff, Dr.Callahan. lots of money and the staff aren't very friendly.
