The staff is really friendly when you walk in speak to the first person, she's always really happy and very personable, and she remembered my name from my previous visit. I was really impressed with that, cuz how many people does she see, every single person that comes in there she sees.. The nurse that brings you back to your room is always happy and chatting with you and smiling and a good mood. The building is always super clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable about the reason I was there for. Mike is wonderful he is extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, very personable. I can't say enough nice things about Mike. I've been going to his walk-in clinic for 20 years at least, and he's always the same way even after 20 years. Overall my experience with Urgent Care Express is absolutely a five star. No question about it, I wouldn't go to any other walk-in clinic in town. I have gone to a different walk in clinic because I couldn't get into Urgent Care Express with and it was horrible horrible experience the only person that was really friendly there was the person that takes your blood pressure and ask you questions about your medication and the reason why you're there. But I will never go back there, that's how bad it was. So you should be really proud that we have Urgent Care Express & that's right run by Mike f.

Short Wait Time

We almost exclusively come here when the kids need to be seen same day. Our primary care is impossible to get into without a weeks notice. The place is impeccably clean, the staff is very friendly. Yes, you have to wait if you get there after 9. Yes, the doctors seem a little rushed, because they are busy all day long. We have BCN insurance and it’s accepted and the copay is reasonable. Normally the doctors won’t prescribe anything unless it’s actually necessary. I’ve had one time the doc prescribed even though my daughters strep test came back negative, and she had a slightly inflamed ear drum. I felt comfortable with the decision and am generally happy they don’t over prescribe for my kids. I would highly recommend this clinic and am surprised by the negative reviews. I’m appreciative of our health care workers and the staff.

I can only speak for Dr. Bonnie cause she’s the only one I’ve seen each time there, however she is very personable, kind considerate & gets right to it. I’ve never had to wait long times like at other urgent cares. The whole staff is nice & works together well.

While they do sometimes have a wait-time due to increased patient traffic, the quality of care, beside manner, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the facility can't be beat in the area! There are however NOT open 12pm-10pm as this website lists. Their hours are 10am-8pm seven days a week.

Getting Tested for STDs in Carson City, MI

STIs (sexually transmitted infections) are fairly common. You may be at risk of developing an STD or STI if you engage in sexual activity (sexually transmitted infection). It's also possible to have an STD without any symptoms or indicators. You may unknowingly infect people if you are unaware that you have an STD. You may help avoid infection by getting tested for STDs and telling your current and prior sexual partners so that they can be tested as well. It's also possible to have an STD without any symptoms or indicators. • Pregnant women should be tested for syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis B.
  • Sexually active gay men should have annual syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea tests.
