Landed in TC with a raging case of poison ivy. Knowledgeable, immediate care greatly and almost immediately reduced my pain and addressed an ancillary bacterial infection. Traveling by car from Colorado, this truly was critical. Also greatly appreciated the strict Covid protocol.

My wife and I having had our vaccinations were exposed to a person that had been exposed to Covid-19 on a Thursday. We were told we should get a "rapid test" in the next 5 days. Tuesday morning we contacted "The Walk-In Clinic" on US-31 in Traverse City. We were scheduled for an in-car test within the next 3 hours and we would be notified by text when to be there. The text came, 10 minutes later we were there and checked in by phone, got in line and 20 minutes later we were being tested. All the people we worked with through the whole process were great. They were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. In about 15 minutes after the test we had the results for both of us. Negative!!! THANKS so much for your great help.
