Disrespected at the front desk I was there for a recheck. I was accused of being Connie why because this woman has the same birth date I do! While the receptionist thinks I'm Connie she leaves the room with only knowing my birth date (Connie) gets info then tells me to go to my car the doctor will do everything over the phone. Excuse me what !! Then tells me I called earlier mmm no I didn't yesterday I called was ask to come back! Then she told me i had appointment today at 11a! No I didn't !! What name is in that screen! Wait for it Connie isn't your name Connie mmmm No my name isn't Connie!! Can I have SS# Then I told my name instead then the #. But that's not all I get the third degree from the nurse because I'm trying to which doctors to the one at Midmichigan with everything going this year I haven't been able to see supposed to be my new doc this part is over my 1 medicine pretty much ask if I could go back to my old doctor but you see his retiring soon but after all that crap!! The Family Physician and the Xray Guy were great help!! I did like going here but not now 😬
