    My initial phone contact to set the appointment was not professional. Gave me inappropriate medical advise. The first contact at the testing site In Ardmore was not friendly. She barked orders. The next two contacts at the testing site were very nice.

    Park in front of the cones. This is NOT a drive through facility. This location is in the Parking lot next to the IHOP. Please do not park in the IHOP parking lot. Testing occurs outside. Dress appropriately.
