I came in with eye pain. I saw Dr. Marshall. He was amazing along with the nursing staff as well. My overall experience was great! I definitely recommend Kent urgent care.

Long wait, over an hour. People who checked in after me were seen before me. Hailey the receptionist was the best part of my visit. Very kind and a warm presence in the office.

I did not feel welcomed by the staff before I met with the doctor who was actually way better than the rest (front desk staff, nurses...). They checked my son vitals in the lobby and as she (the second nurse) was checking, she just snapped at me for no reason in front of people. I do not wish to come back to this urgent care because of no privacy!

I've been a patient at health point/urgent care since I was 5 years old and I have never received such terrible service by an individual working there as I did today. I went in for a COVID19 screening and upon being evaluated by Elizabeth Silva I asked a question which by her demeanor was not to her liking as she rolled her eyes as if I had asked a nonsensical question. I asked her why she rolled her eyes at me and she put her hand up to my face and stated "I'm not going to argue with you." And walked away. I believe as a patient I have the right to be treated with more respect and no belittlement. I let her know how I felt and her response was "I'm sorry that, that is your perception." I myself work in the medical field and I would never treat any patient in this matter. I will continue to come to health point/ urgent care, however this was a terrible representation of your staff member, once again ELIZABETH SILVA.
