Quest Diagnostics - 2400 Wayne Memorial Dr
Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

This clinic has shorter than average waiting periods

Short Wait Time

Awesome Experience! Efficient, Professional, clean, friendly and Safe!!! I went in during the major explosion of Covid. Masks REQUIRED! To prevent contamination, the stafff asked me to wait in my car and would send me a text when they were ready for me. I had went to Fast med and they had told me they could not see me as they were too busy and they had over a 5 hour wait. The ER when I called said 5-9 hours. I did have to wait about 45 minutes, but had a super efficient visit. I was called in taken straight to an exam room where I could still smell the cleaning agents. After a brief history of my problem, the nurse left and provider was in after a short wait. The provider was super friendly , very, very thorough ( spent about 15 minutes with me, then sent me across the hallway (5 steps) to the lab where the lab gal did her thing and also took a chest film then I was back in the room. Within about 15 more minutes the provider was back in , reviewed my findings and said he would electronically send in my RX, and reviewed a discharge summary with me as well as emailing a copy of my visit to my email. I can not say enough about the quality of this office and would definitely return when I am in need! Forest Hills Immediate Care is the top urgent Care facility in town, I will be establishing there as a new primary care patient as they are one of the few clinics from what I have seen that accepts new patients. Goldsboro Chlamydia Testing

Who should get tested for chlamydia?

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection that can affect anyone who is sexually active. However, certain groups are at a higher risk and should consider regular testing. These include women under 25 years old, men who have sex with men, and anyone with multiple sexual partners or a new sexual partner. It's also recommended for those who have had chlamydia or another sexually transmitted infection in the past, or if their partner has been diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for chlamydia is crucial as it often shows no symptoms, leading to it being dubbed a 'silent' infection. According to the CDC, untreated chlamydia can cause severe health complications, including infertility in women. Regular testing allows for early detection and treatment, reducing the risk of such complications.
