This has to be the nicest, cleanest, most professional lab facility I have ever been to. I went in around lunchtime, expecting delays and lots of impatient people. What I experienced was far from this. The assistant, was very professional and courteous. There were two other patients and they handled each of us with respect and due diligence. I plan on coming to this location for ALL my lab work in the future! Plus, I have been recommending this place to all my friends and colleagues.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Awesome Experience! Efficient, Professional, clean, friendly and Safe!!! I went in during the major explosion of Covid. Masks REQUIRED! To prevent contamination, the stafff asked me to wait in my car and would send me a text when they were ready for me. I had went to Fast med and they had told me they could not see me as they were too busy and they had over a 5 hour wait. The ER when I called said 5-9 hours. I did have to wait about 45 minutes, but had a super efficient visit. I was called in taken straight to an exam room where I could still smell the cleaning agents. After a brief history of my problem, the nurse left and provider was in after a short wait. The provider was super friendly , very, very thorough ( spent about 15 minutes with me, then sent me across the hallway (5 steps) to the lab where the lab gal did her thing and also took a chest film then I was back in the room. Within about 15 more minutes the provider was back in , reviewed my findings and said he would electronically send in my RX, and reviewed a discharge summary with me as well as emailing a copy of my visit to my email. I can not say enough about the quality of this office and would definitely return when I am in need! Forest Hills Immediate Care is the top urgent Care facility in town, I will be establishing there as a new primary care patient as they are one of the few clinics from what I have seen that accepts new patients. I can say without doubt this Urgent Care facility has made my life better and healthier. If you are sick, you can walk in and get fast, courteous, excellent attention to you illness at very reasonable cost. I have been treated there for sinus infections, flu, shingles, even a no wait minor surgery for a cyst! Treatment has always been top notch. The staff are super dedicated to providing treatment (rather than piling on useless tests) and have always been friendly and courteous.

My family and I have been to this facility many times and have always been happy with our experience! Was feeling miserable yesterday and called ahead late in afternoon, the staff had me come in regardless of the fact they had been exceedingly busy that day! I know it was very near to closing. They were extremely kind, took their time with me, x-rays, breathing treatment, etc. We will definitely continue to use this office....in today's stressful times, I know it's easy to get frustrated, so glad their is still compassionate, patient, patient-care!

In a doctor's office, a health clinic, or an urgent care center, you can get an STD test. If you're experiencing symptoms, it's best to visit a doctor's office, where they can also treat you or issue you a prescription. Various testing are required for various STDs. Depending on the type of STD test you took, you may receive your results in two to ten days. Some outcomes may be immediately available. Blood tests are used to diagnose hepatitis B, hepatitis C, herpes, HIV, and syphilis. • Can I test myself for STDs at home?

Although there are several STD home tests available, not all of them are accurate. The accuracy of any STD test is determined by the quality of the sample taken. For home STD kits, a blood sample, a urine sample, or both are frequently required. Because doctors and nurses have more experience collecting samples, traditional in-office STD testing is the most accurate.

STIs (sexually transmitted infections) are fairly common. You may be at risk of developing an STD or STI if you engage in sexual activity (sexually transmitted infection). STD cases have been on the rise for several years, according to the CDC, with 2.6 million new cases reported in 2019. Young people are especially vulnerable to sexually transmitted infections: approximately half of all new STD cases occur in people aged 15 to 24.

It's also possible to have an STD without any symptoms or indicators. You may unknowingly infect people if you are unaware that you have an STD. You may help avoid infection by getting tested for STDs and telling your current and prior sexual partners so that they can be tested as well. It's also possible to have an STD without any symptoms or indicators.
