Serving as a primary care provider in the Evergreen area, New West Physicians Arapahoe Peak Health Center sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 6 days a week at their clinic located at 32135 Castle Court, Suite 101 with today's hours being 8:00AM to 6:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

The doctors at Arapahoe Peak are wonderful but calling for an appointment is ridiculous!!! Be prepared to wait 15 minutes plus to talk to anyone. May I suggest an option to leave your number for the receptionist to call you back instead of listening OVER and OVER to the same message and apology for the wait. Either that or get more help up front!

My husband is now in the hospital with the possibility of losing his leg most lightly because of an infection which was brought on by high sugars. He told me the doctor here wouldn't refill his prescription because he couldn't get in for blood testing. Disgusting. Maybe somebody should have some compassion. To think my husband might lose his leg because for whatever reason he couldn't get his medicine. Doctors need to listen and try to help their patients.

Worst ever experience with any health care provider. Since being bought up by a corporate medical company, it's been impossible to reach anyone by phone - you get a recording saying "you are the nineteenth caller in line." Could not get regular maintenance medications filled - some presenting a life-threatening situation. Even with in-person conversation, prescriptions not refilled. Poor, poor service. Should be censured by the AMA.

Don't bother since they became part of New West Physicians which has some care policies that are illogical. Staff can't give the care you actually require, and were given before NWP took over, due to some ridiculious guidelines imposed by NWP!!!! It's not the high level of care experience of the past. Very, very sad. And if you then turn 65yrs. you can Only have their choosen managed, advantage plan!!!! I don't choose united health care advantage for my future care. They manage your care and you loose choice. You give away benefits that Medicare protects, for their cost effective protocols, you're managed for sure, even if you don't agree!

The health providers are always fantastic but the front desk staff is terrible. They are rude and typically not helpful. They are often gossiping. The wait time to talk to anyone on the phone is also always pretty long. I do love the physicians though! They are wonderful. I hope they can fix this front desk issue.

I just had the worst experience just trying to make an appointment. It took almost an hour, was placed on hold 5 times, and when I expressed frustration, was insulted and hung up on. This has happened to you husband too. He had to go into their office to make his last appointment since they do not answer their phones. I have been seeing my PCP for over 20 years under the old management. As an RN, with a masters degree, for over 40 years I never would have thought that just trying to make an appointment could be so traumatizing!
