Easy to make an appointment. Was seen at exact time of appointment as well. Every one is so nice. The care provider seems concerned and invested in figuring out how to make you feel better. I will definitely recommend nextcare to every one in know.

The most horrible personnel Ive ever encountered. They dont speak or greet well. Nurse or dr did nothing but doen talk to me. Looked at my hands & guessed it was gout. Im bruised & swollen on wrist, hand & 3 fingers. It isnt gout. Referred me back to my pc for blood work. Argued about me wanting an xray to be sure, she basically "refused". Took 4 minutes & she expects full pay. I was charged a co pay which shouldnt have. Ahhhh but this time the receptionist DID talk. Bottom line, absolutely no compassion for this type of work. We are sick & need care. Not shame or disrespect. All should be terminated. Ill be contacting the medical board as well & file a formal complaint after my ER visit & results from there.

The guy at the front was pretty rude. Not just to me but everyone. I usually don’t ever make comments about this. but. Seemed like he was having an off day or something. but, Everyone that walked in he was very short in his comments.

I realize most all health care facilities are extremely busy. I had a 12:00 appointment but it took just over 2 hours to be seen. I think I was put in line with all the walk-ins so what was the point of an appointment. But otherwise everyone was super nice!!

I was very pleased with how smooth everything went, all the medical staff were friendly, interactive in conversation and handled all our questions or concerns. With the on line scheduling times already taken I was concerned about walking in, but I was reassured quickly we would be seen. The PA was very good at the nose swabs, my daughter was apprehensive but was responded to kindly. I also liked that our vitals were taken and not feeling like just another person testing.

Waited over an hour for a Covid test with no one in the lobby. Joseph the receptionist was extremely rude and hostile torwards my fiancée and myself. The room I had was still dirty and had spills all over (I have photos). There was no organization for any of it and was probably the worse health facility I have visited in general let alone a pandemic.

The provider was wonderful. Sweet, compassionate and accommodating. The front desk staff are not helpful at all, rude n abrupt. They don't seem to like their jobs.

They helped me fine but they never answer the phone. First time I called I was on hold for 15 min & had to come in to talk to someone. Now that I've been seen, I called again & got no answer no matter how many times I called & no matter how long I waited on hold. Please let me know how I am supposed to get a hold of someone

Usually I don’t have the best experience at the doctors office so I was a little hesitant to visit today. But check in was super quick and I got to see a nurse/ doctor right away (even though I didn’t have an appointment). Everyone was super friendly and covid friendly and overall I had a great experience! Thank you to everyone who helped me today :)
