I’ve been here an hour now and still waiting for inhaler prescription. All said it’s still better than emergency room or Presbyterian clinic. These days the medical care is not the best In New Mexico.

-They take walk in before the people with scheduled appointments. No need to schedule an appointment if your going to have to wait anyway. -Receptionist needs to put her cell phone down, stop texting and at least look at customer and at least pretend she cares. -We pay expensive prices so why can’t you have a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at ANY medical facility I would not even give 1 star. your PA will be reported to the New Mexico board for malpractice failure to treat and diagnose.

My experience with this next care urgent care was great overall the time I waited with no one else in the facility was way too long I waited 20 minutes inside the examining room for the doctor to come in that was way too long otherwise it was clean the doctor was great covered all of my symptoms and worked up a wonderful plan overall I was very very pleased this is my second time of going there

I'm assuming the provider's name is Laura Wylie, as she never introduced herself. She walked into my room and immediately starting yelling at me and stating they had already filled my high blood pressure medication in January and she was only going to give me a month's supply. That is fine. But there was no reason to get yelled at for no reason. If they didn't want t to proscribe medication that's fine, but I don't get why I was treated so badly. I will. E checking with my insurance company to see what they are being charged for as I was not even examined or asked by the provider if I had any other issues. If she was having a bad day she should of stayed home. The rest of the staff was professional and courtesy.

I have an allergic reaction to a personal care product and the provider wouldn’t give me anything to help me. I left there in lots of pain and suffering. Worst care ever !!!! He said he couldn’t help me. They need to hire people who have medical experience that can really help people who are in need of medical care.

The front staff was awesome but doctor didn't look at throat or ears. Went in for Covid testing and upper respiratory infection. Doctor just seabed my nose
