Lady who checked us in had attitude. When I returned clipboard she said with an attitude to put it back where I got it . Overall she seemed to have a passive aggressive attitude.

The online check in time is deceiving. When you think you have an appt time it is actually just when you arrive. The staff could not have been more friendly considering there are so many people waiting to be seen on this holiday (NYD). Joselyn was efficient and friendly. Ryan PA was knowledgeable and caring. Great experience even though I felt so bad.
