I did the online reservation/checkin. It took about 2 1/2 hours from my scheduled time to when I got out. The process was really slow. Frustrated to not get any realistic expectations from the staff. I would be hesitant to go back

The wait time was over an hour even with an appointment but the staff was great-attentive and cheery. It was late afternoon so understandable that it got backed up.

I came in worth so much pain and embarrassment and they were all kind and cared for me with empathy. I have worked health care from hospitals to clinics for 25 years and I would definitely come back to this Next Care for any urgent care issue. Friendly and professional staff it definitely makes a difference thank u. His bedside manner was impeccable I was nervous about seeing a male for my female issues but he listened and knew I was in a huge amount of pain. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable amazing PA would see him again hopefully on different terms.

I was there last night with my 2 year old for an ear infection but she also had diarrhea and vomiting. They didn’t do anything for that. Went back in the more with my 2 month old as his ear is leaking ear wax he was up all night uncomfortable and his ear is still leaking but they told me not an ear infection but didn’t tell me what I could do to help him. Wasted visits both of them. Sucks because drs office is not open on the weekends and these trips did nothing to help my poor kids

They never told us how long wait time would be. When I asked I was told 13 people ahead of me and they were backed up. So over a 2 hour wait. We left.

Dr was not friendly at all, it looked like she either was having a bad day or was not in the mood to treat patients. She only checked my lungs, I was expecting to get checked on what could possibly would be wrong with me I have not been feeling good on the past days and symptoms seem to be so different every day and all she did was hear my lungs and a flu test that obviously came out negative because my symptoms have nothing to do with the flu. Very disappointed of the treatment.

I waited all day for my prescription to get sent to Walgreens so I can pick it up and it was NEVER SENT. MY EYE IS CLOSED SHUT NOW. NO ANTIBIOTICS!!!

3 hour wait, staff was rude provider recommend you wear a mask Wish we were Just put down a little bit under the nose, even though she was wearing the wrong mask ( clothe not CDC recommend) And when asked if we were going to be seen in an Reasonable amount of time seeing are appt was at 5:45 was told With witnesses Stating if you're gonna be rude which we weren't just asking a question that we would be refused service after waiting an hour and a 1/2 in our car... And even though we had an appointment we still had a 3 hour wait But on a good note we did meet a handicapped person in a wheelchair that also waited for 3 hours outside To be seen...I understand the place is overwhelmed but it doesn't mean that they have to be rude and disrespectful to their customers.... Unfortunately I will not be going there again and neither will my family

My appointment was at 2pm but I wasn't seen until 4:30pm. I was not even a walk in, I made an appointment and it took 2.5 hours. A walk in at the ER would have been faster. Staff were not friendly when I asked where I stood in the line of waiting patients. And all for them to not even have a single rapid COVID test even for a Healthcare worker? Biggest waste of my time.

Sports physical. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Facility isn’t super clean and the front desk staff aren’t very friendly. The nurse practitioner- Lynn - was super nice and kind.

I’ve been here twice for covid tests and after calling several times they still have not answered the phone or given me my results in any way. I’m assuming that’s good news?
