The people who gave me my flu test were great. The physician (?) who came to tell me it was negative was awful. Didn’t address my symptoms, just said to stay home until I felt better.

Kerrie and her team are amazing. I have a special needs daughter. They always treat her with respect and turn a scary situation into one that's positive so that she's not afraid to go to the doctor. Thank you, Kerrie, Sarah and the rest of the awesome staff!

I received the service that I wanted, and need it… It was done in a timely fashion and handled buy a verry professional staff I will make this location my go to place as needs arise.

I was told there were no rapid test available and when I got home I called the call center and they have all the information about what tests are available at this location and she said they were rapid test available so the person who did my swab who I will not name at this time now told me there was no rapid test available so she lied

I called to verify they had rapid COVID tests, I was directed to their only location that had them, 60 miles away. I was told I would have to wait in line if there was one. I filled out paper work and was informed they do not take my insurance, which I figured. I was prepared to pay with credit card, any amount for this emergency. They take no form of payment for covid testing. The location told me the 800 number is located in TX and they have no control over what it tells people. Next Care wasted 3 hours of my time and the worst part is, its going to happen again and again.

We went last night at 7 and were turned away even tho it was open till 8. Made an appointment came back first thing this morning. The receptionist treated us like we were putting her out by asking any question. Then when the physician came in to talk to us about our results she said that this wouldn’t work to send our son back to school when we explain to him that our school does except these he threw the paper on a chair didn’t hand it to us and said “there’s the door” and walked out! So disrespectful and rude!

Needed a rapid covid test for my husbands dialysis class told I could get one then got in the room told my bronchitis has been going on to long (a week and on meds for it) and if a rapid test was done also positive it would come back postive. Explained to the doctor why I needed it and was told I dont need to hear about your personal life. We can either refund your cost or do the non rapid test. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK IF LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. Felt like I was just another number in line. Very poor bedside manners by the physician

I came into urgent care because I had body aches, fever, headaches, and other flu-like symptoms. Because I had taken medicine before arriving to alleviate fever and other symptoms, I was only tested for Covid. I didn’t come to urgent care for a covid test, but I was not treated for anything. Only a covid test. This is not medical care.

I went for a Covid test, checked in & answered a few questions. I was told to wait in my vehicle. I waited for over an hour, when called in for the test 15 seconds of questioning ruled me unqualified to take the test. I was told they couldn’t ask all the questions needed ahead of time… why?!? 15 seconds of additional questions on the front end could have saved over an hour of waiting for nothing and would have saved your staff additional time of checking me in & taking my vitals

I wanted a rapid molecular or PCR test. The website says “covid-19 Rapid Testing” but does not disclose only the less accurate antigen test is offered. The nurse’s thermometer was way out of calibration - it read 99.5. Mine said 98 an hour prior. I checked at home right after with both in ear electronic and under tongue traditional and got same reading 97.1. A 2.4 degree high reading can lead to a misdiagnosis of fever.

Your online app is garbage. I had to knock on the door and speak to someone multiple times because it wasn’t working and when your system called me it immediately hung up on me multiple times after I picked up. Then the PA’s prime concern seemed to be getting out of the room with me as soon as possible.

I waited for nearly an hour & when the PA came in she said I wouldn’t be able to get my test results until Monday. I can’t wait that long, so she cancelled the apt.

The staff got defensive when I requested pricing information on the rapid test and PCR test, and was unable to provide it. At a provider which does not bill insurance, that’s a very reasonable request.
