Dr. Bean was awesome as always the nurse was awesome as always. Here’s my honest question why do you have people make appointments and then don’t honor the time. I understand you get busy but then the list that I get while I’m waiting shows you taking walk-ins before me. I’m sure those people need care as well but why even have the appointment system if you’re gonna make everybody wait. My wait was two hours and 25 minutes and I spent less than seven minutes with medical professionals. You need to work on this! This may be good for your business but it’s terrible for the patients. Something about do no harm! Have a good day.

The conversation with the nurse practitioner was very inappropriate. To tell someone we could have been over a pandemic if "you all" would get vaccinated is soooooo unprofessional, bias and inappropriate. Regardless of my vaccination status I came for a service and to make someone feel how she made me feel is the worst and I will never be back. I will write a review on Google and post about this on social media! Your personal feelings shouldn't interfere with the care or results you give. The vaccinated or unvaccinated doesn't matter to covid... people who are vaccinated is the reason why I'm positive for COVID. this virus is just that and if treated we will all be fine. But for your staff to say what she said and give me the feeling she gave, is completely unacceptable.

There is no real way to set an appointment. If you set an appointment time be prepared to wait an hour or two after you set it. That was very inconveniencing.
