Long wait time but I like that I can wait at home, clean bathrooms, quick once your in. Doctors and nurses friendly, office staff not so much.

What is the use of booking ahead of time if I have to wait one hour beyond the appointment time. Walk in must wait until ALL appointments are attended to.

The PA was excellent. Very nice and gentle with my daughter. The medical assistant was very rude. She got irritated as my daughter was nervous to get a throat swab, which she only waited maybe 15 seconds and threw the swab in the trash and rudely said fine the Dr will be in and slammed the door. She made my daughter cry. Will not go back.

I came in with head complaint after hitting it very hard in a car accident today and the provider did not preform a concussion screening, let me go and saying I was fine, I went and got a second opinion and was diagnosed with a concussion.

Can you have a TV in the waiting room or magazines , your waiting room was so empty looking , it made me feel so sad & depressed. Your chairs are so uncomfortable , especially when I had to wait for 2 hours .I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend my friends to go there. Next care needs to make changes , you need an upgrade , some kids were there and I feel you need a place for them to play with toys to take there minds off of there hurt because these little angels are in pain.

Utilized Urgent Care at the Dobson Rd. location. It was a Seamless process with App check in and exit. I am so very appreciative they are Open on a Saturday. Great customer service, care and excellent Physicians Assistant. I am feeling better and recommending the Dobson Rd. location to all our snow birds.
