I made an appointment online. When I got to the office and checked in I saw my place in line and saw “walk ins”. I figured I would go before then since I made an appointment but that was not the case. What is the point in making an appointment? I ended up waiting over 2 hours. (After the walk in apts) really frustrating

When I approached the receptionist, she was having a social phone call. After 2-3 minutes she held her finger up to me and said just a minute! REALLY? Then the nurse practitioner gets rude when I tell the symptoms and my opinion of the cause! No need for that! Couldn’t be more wrong on the diagnosis! I will be going to a Dr to prove it!!!!!

It was a bad time of the year to visit...staffing was at absolute minimum. Liz the NP was excellent! The receptionist at check in was a bit short and talked over what I was trying to explain regarding insurance. In the end she did get it right. Wait time was normal for medical care.

The staff was attentive to my problem. It was a A slow check in because I don’t have an e-mail address. I do except text messages but the auto sign in program will not allow me to complete questions. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.

I was barely talked to and I heard them talking negative about be behind my back. I heard them talking more about what was going on than directly to me. They didn’t even listen to what I had to say. I would not recommend to anyone.
